Thank goodness I got to experience Pilot Mountain the ideal way ... with a constant breeze, humidity free, and mild temperatures, literally one of the most amazing feeling evenings. And yes, it may have gotten a little hot up there, but it wasn't the Fahrenheit's fault.
Newly engaged Morgan and Christopher - referrals from their best friends, another Nascar couple whose wedding I shot in January - booked me to be a part of their 2020 wedding, and first up on our to-do list was getting them in front of the camera. And they pulled out all the stops - posing like pros, braving the cliffs, embracing wind swept hair. Morgan's dress was the highlight for me, and the number of times I kept saying "I love this wind!" was record-worthy. It was a beautiful night, full of love and desire, sun flares and neck snuggles. I feel like I say this every time I shoot a session, but some of my very favorite images I've ever taken are included in this set. Love, love, love all of this.
